The product is good but the resin is not for me. I think clearly already so my mind fights it. Àlso I can't take it with my other herbal vitamins. So if you're in a fog and you need a little extra step strength and your immune boosting is good with the oil let the resin for your fog but I don't need any of them but I definitely suggested for other people just not for me
