FREE Economy Shipping included - Any order size! 1-3 Day handling and 3-8 days delivery by Canada Post Regular Parcel and USPS First Class from Canada or US warehouses *(some items delivery may take 11-14 days).
Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. All deliveries within Canada are charged at $0.00 FREE ECONOMY Shipping. Some larger volume deliveries could be channeled directly from US warehouses via DHL Express. Free DHL Express shipping upgrades for larger orders are available.

From global network of warehouses (USA, Australia, Europe) 1-Day handling and 1-3 weeks Global Mail Services delivery DHL express upgrades available at very low cost! For your international orders, you may need to pay for import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. Depending on regulations we are trying to minimize those fees to our customers, if possible, by providing optimal, correct, and on-time information to the shippers. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.
For larger orders we may offer free DHL Express upgrades that ensures 3-6 days expedited delivery. Please contact us directly to enquire.
All global orders have internal tracking that we may or may not share with our customers.
We also obtain insurance for all global orders. If your package is damaged or lost during the transportation, we would be able to recover the loss and reimburse directly to you once the claim is filed and approved by the insurance company. Insurance claims may require some documentation, photos, prove of damage or/and loss so we need our customers to be understanding and to be able provide such documentation if necessary.
In some countries local postal services for security reasons retain packages and require recipients to pick up international orders at their local postal service locations or/and pay local taxes. Please contact your local postal service if your have any questions. Or let us know if you have any issues with the delivery and/ or pick up of your international order.
Order Handing Terms:
If your item is in stock it will have 1-3 Day handing (Monday-Friday) and will be we aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday) but will ensure you are kept updated.
Our Order Cut Off time: 3pm EST (Monday-Friday)
We use carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, Asendia to ensure your item gets to you on time no matter what part of the world you are.
We also display our ‘out of stock’ items so that you can notify us if you would like to be informed when they are back in stock.
